New Show Homes launched at Christy Brow

Ready to spring into a new season here at Eccleston, we’ve been busy building dream homes at our latest development, Christy Brow in Hyde. Full of new stunning interior inspo, we are delighted to launch two new show homes and a sales centre there.

Both 4 bedroom detached homes, The Hartford and The Willaston reveal the open-plan space, endless features and wide range of specification you can expect to see across all our Eccleston homes. Together with our Haigh and Formby show homes at our Garrett Manor development in Mosley Common, Greater Manchester, we have a great collection of homes to show you.

You in mind
All of our detached, semi-detached and mews-style homes are inspired by the Arts & Crafts period on the outside, with stunning windows and timber beam features. Whilst, on the inside, there is a desirable balance of open-plan living and spacious rooms that meet the needs of the modern and growing family.

  

Design development
Our designers are always looking at the next evolution of Eccleston homes, with the modern family’s needs in mind. Our latest show homes (at Garrett Manor too) show some of the stunning features and space layout we’ve incorporated into the home designs. From bay windows in the living rooms and bedrooms that open up and maximise the space so well, to sought-after separate utility areas that don’t detract or eat into your open-plan kitchen and hosting space.

Not forgetting our latest addition of Velux skylights in some of our house types. These desirable roof lights bring in so much daylight to your living spaces, whilst creating a stylish dynamic to the space.

All of our open plan kitchen/living/family/dining areas are complete with doors out to the garden, another important aspect of our homes to make the garden an extension of the indoor living space. From our mews-style to 5-bedroom detached homes, they all benefit from their own driveway.

Our sales centres and show homes will give you a great flavour of the options available to you. From Bosch kitchen appliances to Porcelanosa tiles, quality of specification is obvious in your Eccleston home. The Hartford
The Hartford has it all. Open plan kitchen/living area, a separate dining/retreat room at the front of the house, an integral garage and separate utility, conveniently located off the kitchen. The Hartford does not fall short of the stunning features mentioned earlier either. The ground floor open plan space features the beautiful skylights as well as double doors out to the garden. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom.

The Hartford show home displays some lovely on trend interior inspiration, with nods to nature with warm tones of wood and natural clay colours, as well as bird and floral feature wallpapers. We have shown different uses for the rooms and spaces for young and older members of the family, whether they want to relax, work, sleep or play.

The Willaston
The Willaston is a stunning new design of an Eccleston home. Also offering a balance of open plan and separate living spaces, the large kitchen/family/dining area is a perfect place for hosting (so close to these fun times!). The skylights and French doors throw in so much light and create a truly modern and stylish home. The separate living room feels spacious with the beautiful bay window. The Willaston also has an integral garage, downstairs WC and the ever-popular utility room. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, the main bedroom also has a separate ensuite.

Inspired by rich teals, calming eucalyptus tones and wood finishes, our Willaston show home has lots of botanical garden notes. The children’s bedrooms extend this energy through characterful, adventurous themes of dinosaurs and jack in the Beanstalk style spaces.
